Why Choose Filmtones Film & Video Transfers

Every reel of film tells a story. Whether it's family home movies, historical footage, or rare archival films, Filmtones provides professional frame-by-frame 1080p HD & 4K scanning (2448 × 2048) for 8mm, Super 8, 16mm, and 35mm motion picture film.

Unlike projector-based transfers, each frame is individually captured to maximize image quality while preserving the character of the original film. Every project receives personalized attention and careful, preservation-minded handling to help ensure your films are protected, preserved, and accessible for generations to come.

Your newly digitized films and videos can be delivered in the format that best suits your needs, including MOV, AVI, or MP4. Files can be provided on your USB drive or external hard drive, or delivered electronically through Google Drive, whether you want an easy-to-view copy for sharing or a high-quality digital file for editing, preservation, or archival use.
